Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) Health and Care Partnership are developing a Digital Strategy to inform how health and care services will be delivered in the future, making best use of the technology available.
Residents are urged to share their opinions about digital health and care services, what they think works well and what barriers there may be to residents being able to access services in this way. This will allow the Health and Care Partnership to gain valuable feedback to help them make digital health and care services work for residents.
The survey closes on Sunday 12 February 2023, so residents are encouraged to share their opinions before then.
All views given will be recorded and will be used to shape how digital services are implemented in the future.
The survey follows discussions about expanding technological and digital health services following the COVID-19 pandemic, which saw an increase in the use of digital technology to support the provision of services across the NHS.

The survey is also available in a number of formats, which can all be found on the BLMK ICB website.
