Current projects

We have a number of exciting projects that are already making a big difference to people, their carers and loved ones, and our care homes. Our aim is to help prevent the problems that lead to serious health issues and stays in hospital.

Historical projects

The Digitising Social Care programme has funded a number of different projects in the form of time-limited pilots. In-depth reviews of their viability and impact are undertaken at the end of the pilot, and learning goes back to NHS England. In these pages, we reflect on the achievements and lessons learned.
