More than 1,000 entries were submitted for the awards, with 219 projects and individuals making it to the final shortlist.
Judges have praised the high volume – and exceptional quality – of applications, once again reflecting the breadth of innovation and care within the UK’s healthcare networks.
Now in their 42nd year, the awards continue to provide an opportunity to shine a light on the outstanding efforts and achievements that individuals and teams across the sector deliver on a daily basis.
ELFT teams and partnership projects have also been shortlisted for the following HSJ Awards:
“This is fantastic news and a compliment to every colleague across the Trust,” said Chief Executive Paul Calaminus.
“It is recognition for their dedication to providing the best possible patient-centred care and commitment to our mission improve the quality of life for all we serve.”
The awards ceremony will be held at the Battersea Evolution Centre in London on November 17.
“On behalf of all my colleagues, it gives me great pleasure to congratulate East London NHS Foundation Trust on being shortlisted,” said HSJ editor Alastair McLellan.
“All of the applications represent the ‘very best of the NHS’ and often leave our esteemed panel of judges with an impossible choice!”
