Managing the Digitising Social Care programme

The Health and Care Partnership’s Digital Social Care Team includes specialists from across the Integrated Care System and all four of our local authorities.

You’ll find team member details below. Although our colleagues are aligned to particular local authorities and projects, the programme is available across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.

If you’d like to know more, have a brief chat, or express your interest in one or more of our projects, please email us.

You can also visit our other web pages to read about what we’re doing and why, as well as our three programme areas: digital records, falls prevention and remote health monitoring.
