Supporting and helping those living with dying, death and bereavement and their carers is a priority for BLMK. The well being of families, carers and communities is uppermost in the minds of our health and social care professionals. We want the well being and quality of life to be maintained throughout life and tailor the care we deliver around what matters most. As we review the end of life services that we currently offer, we intend to put the individual and their family at the centre. Participation in the Marie Curie Survey is the first step towards achieving our aim and we would be grateful for your support. Further information on the BLMK End of Life review will be released on this page as our work takes shape.
