The NHS Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board became a statutory organisation on 1 July 2022.

The Integrated Care Partnership is a joint Committee of the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and the four local Councils and is called the BLMK Health and Care Partnership. It is co-chaired by local authority elected members, Cllr Khtija Malik and Cllr Martin Towler and the deputy chair is Manjeet Gill, the interim ICB Chair. The Health and Care Partnership has core members from NHS organisations, councils, GPs, Healthwatch and voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations.

The BLMK Health and Care Partnership meetings are held in public. It also holds workshops and seminars on issues that affect our system partners.

Integrated Care Strategy

The Health and Care Partnership is responsible for the development and agreement of the Integrated Care Strategy for Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes, based on place-based strategies and population health information.

Members of the public may attend meetings held in public and submit questions to the Partnership in advance of meetings at the discretion of the Chair. If you would like to ask a question, please submit three working days in advance of the meeting by emailing blmkicb.corporatesec@nhs.net.
